Bohemian Beach Condo: This cute 3 bedroom condo had the perfect location- but hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. Our team designed and renovated it from top to bottom. We added a powder bathroom on the main floor, opened up the wall to the kitchen to create an airy open concept that soaks in as much of the view as possible. We installed warm wood look tile throughout, beautiful new contemporary doors and windows, overhauled the existing bathrooms, added recessed lighting and decorative fixtures throughout and custom iron railings.
Finishes: Custom White Shaker cabinets, Cambria Quartz countertops, mother of pearl backsplash, KitchenAid Appliances, “wood look” tile floors, Rattan Pendants, emtek hardware, Western Windows and Sliders.
