Contemporary Craftsman Transformation

This home started out a dated late-sixties ranch style, with finishes that did not match the breathtaking ocean and mountain views. We took the segmented floor plan and turned it into an open concept living space. The space boasts expansive custom windows and Bi-fold doors, custom built-ins and a stack stone fireplace to create the ultimate indoor/ outdoor entertainment space for friends and family.

The clean kitchen design offers new stainless steel professional grade appliances, white shaker cabinets, River Blue quartzite countertops and an oversized farmhouse sink. Wood tile floors offer a classic feeling but with more durability.
