Calabria – Hidden Valley Farmhouse

Santa Barbara, CA

This project overhauled a 1963 track home with a closed off, 100 square foot kitchen with little natural light. Our team created a great room made for entertaining and keeping an eye on the family. The kitchen boasts custom shaker cabinets, double farmhouse sinks, Calcutta quartzite countertops and a handmade brick backsplash.

New flooring was installed throughout and French doors added on the dining room let in the light from the expansive yard. The small powder bath was enlarged to allow for a freestanding tub and curbless rain shower.
